They will Lie to you about almost everything- From the Front desk operator- to the Doctors n Nurses in the Call Center. Again not everyone has an incompetent/ dishonesty/ dismissive attitude but a great percentage of this Complex Care. As a patient that has had the luxury/ privilege to be taken cared of in many higher end hospitals / Clinics- I know A Good Practice from an Awful Practice.
