For years I have experienced pelvic pain only in specific situations. I started seeing Dr. Megan Burns in 2022 and thought I finally found someone who was taking me seriously. She gave me options to help me that I didn’t even know were possible. She recommended pelvic floor botox surgery earlier this year, but it did not help (which I do not blame her for, of course). I was looking for the info of the office to give to a friend of mine who's here to go up to Canada with me and I'm shocked by the reviews. I have never once been treated unfairly, rudely, or anything negatively by a single person in the office. The front desk, the nursing staff, and the doctors I have seen in my years of coming here have always been fantastic. Even in the wake of an amazing P.A. leaving they're all still wonderful. Have your physician refer you elsewhere if possible. At third visit and waited almost an hour for a room. Staff seems out of the loop on why people are here. Last time we were here a patient checked in at front desk and then receptionist took lunch break. After 40 minutes the patient asked what was taking so long and found out she wasn’t checked in and she was marked as a no show. Found doctor rigid, gruff, and condescending.

I've seen Dr. Diego Hernandezaranda twice and highly recommend him. He is bright, well-educated, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed my medical situation and listened to my concerns. I could not ask for a better physician.
