I've been working with Nathalie as a coach on a regular basis, and I have attended her mindfulness nature hikes. I really look forward to our sessions, as she not only listens intently (and remembers everything from previous sessions) but she gives me actionable, honest feedback and I learn something new in every session. I attended a mindfulness-focused nature hike with Nathalie. She led us through a grounding meditation by the water, and then through a thoughtful exercise using nature as a tool for healing. It was a truly unique experience and I left feeling that everyone truly needs this therapy! Nature is healing, and Nathalie is the perfect leader for facilitating that connection, with her gentle, steady, supportive and enlightening approach and guidance.

Nathalie is a phenomenal therapist and human being. Not only does she truly care about her clients and her work, she also consistently offers new options for clients to venture deeper into their personal well-being.
