Very unprofessional! They made sure the initial process including the insurance part was completed. I have called and followed up several times everyone is pointing the finger to each other I hope they are not billing my sons insurance! I’m getting ready to call now!!! Do not I repeat do not go with this company!!!!!!
Worst mental health company ever staff doesn't care about their clients they are just billing. Furthermore, they call to send out my W2 on March 12th 2025 glad I didn't file my taxes yet. 🤔🙄 Do better!
The worst place ever to get help for your children. The team as a whole sucks. They really don’t help at all. Dr. Tinney is the worst doctor on the team. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR HELP THEY WONT HELP AND NEVER RESPONDS BACK !
We were excited to finally find a psychiatrist that could potentially help our daughter but unfortunately Upward Change Health have been terrible. Twice they have flaked on appointments and the 3rd time Gilda called 1 minute before our appointment and told us that she “doesn’t feel comfortable being our daughter’s psychiatrist”. We were totally baffled, I mean why didn’t you say this to us way before the appointment instead of literally 1 minute before it’s scheduled.
