This builder is no good, and he needs to be put away for good.
Builder takes every shortcut you can imagine and throws low quality homes on low quality lots. As soon as issues arise, builder is non-responsive or refuses responsibility. The ground is eroding away beneath my foundation and driveway as well as my backyard is disappearing inch by inch, builder refuses to remedy the situation. Maybe he will actually care once the foundation crumbles. I would rather live in my car than ever have another home built by this company. Wish I could give zero stars. Just like Alison I wish I could give no stars. Do not buy a home from them. If you plan to then bring your own broker and attorney.
