The Up&Up team was very helpful with my move in
I’d give zero stars if I could. Do not rent with this company. The houses are overvalued, cheaply built & don’t have adequate insulation. I’ve been trying to get them to come out to fix their HVAC unit for months now - and I live in Georgia. Subtropical climate where temperatures regularly get at an above the hundred degree temperature mark. DO. NOT. RENT. WITH. THEM.
The process was simple and easy. Once approved the company walks you through every step along the way. They are always ready and available to assist with any questions and the home was VERY clean upon our move in. I would recommend to anyone. Truly a 100 out of 10.
I don’t even want to give them 1 star. We’ve been renting with Up&up for 3 years. Their customer service is horrible. They pick the cheapest vendors for maintenance requests and charge you for a portion of the service. We’ve been reporting roof leaks for 3 years and they’ve done nothing about it. Recently, they finally selected a vendor to repair a significant leak in the kitchen, when they pulled the drywall down, the ceiling is infested with black mold.
