This place has a genuine customer service. I had so much confusion to navigate through Rogers Preferred Program for corporate discounts. I tried to upgrade my hardware online and I had some issues. Therefore, I had to connect with live chat, the associate was very pleasant and helpful. However, the information she gave me about my hardware and program, was different from the information she documented on my account.
