Aniket was a tremendous help! Switched everything over to Roger's.
I tried to upgrade my hardware online and I had some issues. Therefore, I had to connect with live chat, the associate was very pleasant and helpful. However, the information she gave me about my hardware and program, was different from the information she documented on my account. When I called the cooperate number, I explained everything to the agent. I told him about the info I got from his colleague, which I screenshot during the live chat conversation.
