Maintenance always responds pretty quickly even for smaller issues
Bryon is super! He addressed my work order so quickly and effectively.
The good: Ultimately pretty good for what you're paying. Location is convenient for freeway access. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and safe, and it's nice to have the park right across the street. Units are fairly well kept, and the living and bedrooms are good sized. Hardwood/tile floors. Maintenance guys are typically quick to resolve issues and friendly. Heating works well. I had a super successful & easy move-in. Kaitlyn was very helpful to clarify the paperwork, the resident rules, & helped put in my first work order for some minor issues that came up. Overall a great move-in & I'm super happy about my new place. :-)
