HORRIBLE EVERYTHING!! Went there 4 times (the only reason we went back is because our dealership uses them) they kept trying to "put a band-aid" on instead of actually solving the problem. The check engine came back on at least 5 times with THE SAME CODE!! They would always say "it'll be done tomorrow".. and it never was done on time.. They were rude, and on top of everything they locked the ONLY set of keys (that is all that came with the car) we had in the car!! Would not suggest to anyone ever! We have been taking our vehicles here for a number of years! Always offering options, never had a problem with a repair or dishonesty. I am apparently not the only one that trusts him, I heard him tell 5 people he was booked out over a week, and had about 20 work orders on the counter for the day! Very happy and you will be too! PS: I think he is normally just booked out a few days..I usually have to wait 2 or 3 days.

Just began our only vacation trip from Gates to Lake Placid, when after running over debris dropped off a dump truck, something pierced my tire. After over filling my tire to limp in, the manager had a technician jump immediately on fixing my tire. After patching it from the inside, they had my wife and I back on the road to our vacation destination in less than an hour. Everyone was efficient and very courteous. I asked them to replace my back strut last year. I'm a decent driver. I don't hit curbs or do any off roading... This year I have to change the same strut as it has never been changed and I was told the original one was still on. Because of how much it got worse, I have almost gotten into a lot of accidents. Especially above speeds of 60. I am 20 years old and I live paycheck to paycheck...I paid around $275 to replace this. and I am furious that they didn't even give me a new part. Stopped in for tire rotation and new wiper blades. Geoff was very personable and provided a discount "just because." I highly recommend this place of business.
