Got my hair roots touch up (coloring) with John. He is very nice and accommodating. Sad to say I am disappointed with the result as gray hair still shows and my scalp was sore from shampooing. I was in the salon for 3 hrs, most of those time was spent waiting with the heater on my head. I came back the next day and he tried to correct the color application.
