I came in for a tour and Charlene was great! Ended up getting a one bedroom and am looking forward to living here and being able to enjoy all of the updates in progress
Update: Post move out update - Since moving we received what I am sure was a heart felt sincere apology from the property manager, Ray. He was understanding of our reasons for not staying and owned the breakdown in communication between office staff, maintenance and himself. He did not try to make any excuses. He simply took responsibility for the break down in communication. He added that he is committed to doing what is necessary to make sure tenants don't feel ignored. Manny is absolutely amazing! He’s incredibly knowledgeable and truly great at what he does. I can’t express how much I appreciate his clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. Uptown Square is an outstanding student housing complex! The staff here are absolutely incredible – always friendly, helpful, and efficient. A massive shout-out to Manny, who consistently went above and beyond, making my experience truly fantastic. His kindness and dedication made a huge difference. Highly recommend!
