I lived here for 2 years unfortunately. I recommend everyone save their time and money. It’s not a good place to live. Gates are permanently open even after management assured me it would fix MONTHS ago. They’re constantly changing the parking policies for both guests and tenants. They will hit you with an over $1000 in damages even if you’re extremely clean. My sink has been leaking since I moved in, and they completely refuse to fix it. Their maintenance guys tried their best, but a real plumber is needed and they keep telling me they’re waiting for approval. The entire underneath of the kitchen sink is soaked with water 24/7. Do not move here, it went completely downhill when Greystar took over.

This apartment complex is nothing like how presented online or during tours. The biggest issue is the towing situation, which is completely out of control and extremely unprofessional. My car was properly registered, yet it was still towed with no valid explanation. When I went to management about it, they acted like it had absolutely nothing to do with them and took zero responsibility, even though THEY are the ones allowing this to happen on their property.
