If you care about your health, your sanity, or your quality of life, do not live here. This property has a serious roach problem. The infestation has gotten so bad that I have had to involve the city health department. Pest control has come out and sprayed repeatedly, but even I was told that there is essentially no point in continuing to spray because the buildings are heavily infested and spraying is more about keeping residents “happy” than actually solving the problem. This apartment complex takes advantage of college students, and I strongly recommend thinking twice before leasing here. My little sister is a hardworking college student simply trying to make it through her senior year. This morning, she woke up to find that her car had been towed. She was told the reason was that she had been double parked. When she requested a picture of the violation, the vehicle appeared to be barely over the line. This is the absolute worst service ever. I tried calling four different numbers of theirs, including the number they emailed me to call if I had any questions, but nobody picked up. Every single call ends with “Please record your name and apartment number, and we will get back to you,” but they never do. The recording also says they are on the other line helping customers, which is not true because I have been calling at 10-minute intervals to see if they are available, but they never are.

This is a decently good place and better apartment from my last one I’ve stayed at. Had some little beginning issue from my shower not having the handle but didn’t mind it at all. The pool is cool, gym is big upgrade from last apartment gym, only reason I’m putting it at 4* is the downside some cables don’t have all the hooks, not oiled/ functional enough to work and no bench /squat bar or extras bench press/squat stand and hoping to see more events to happen.
