Do not sign a lease with this complex horrible service
They made upgrading to a one bedroom smooth and simple. The unit was nice in ready, not like when I transferred with landmark. Any and all maintenance orders put in are always taken care of quickly. All the renovations they are doing around the property are great. They upgraded the grills at the pool so it’s all gas no hassle with buying charcoal and trying to get things lit.
I’ve lived at Uptown Square Apartments for 4 years straight now and if that doesn’t say enough about how much I love it here then I don’t know what does. The pool is amazing an has a swim up bar. We also have a trash valet service so it always gets taken out for me, I get to have my very own reserved parking spot, and maintenance is always so quick to fix anything that’s wrong. Literally barley any spots for guest parking so if you come in a weekend prepare to stay in your car for hours after a drive because they refuse to add any more guest parking
