These kids pay so much money to move into these “student” apartments and the homes aren’t even up to par! My daughter and her room mates shower heads do not work either does the damn refrigerator. They want these kids to move in on certain days, and don’t even bother going to the units to make sure that everything is working correctly!!!

My daughter was specifically promised a renovated one-bedroom apartment that was shown to her when she signed her lease. She felt pressured to lock in the rate so early in order to secure that. Instead, she was given an older, outdated unit that does not match what she was told she would receive. When we brought this to management's attention, instead of resolving the issue, we were told they have “half-renovated” units. Lower your standards if you want to come here. They are absolutely disgusting, pictures are deceiving, Infested With cockroaches, furniture in the apartment need to be replaced. And your lucky if you get all the furniture they say your going to get. Lies!! The hallways don’t get cleaned often enough, and they are Filthy. Trash, bird poop you name it. Loved my tour! The entire staff made me feel welcome especially the manager, Drew! He was on top of it and was very kind and knowledgeable! If you’re looking for a place to live, this is the place!
