Place is horrible: Bird crap everywhere, constantly on balcony - if you complain they say well put up screen or an owl, when all they have to do is put up spikes on the roof and it would solve the problem. Elevators are always being worked on so dont expect to be able to take naps or if you work nights you wont get sleep. Apartments are old and ugly, yet they are going up $110 in rent this year: saying it is equivalent to area. Maybe area but other apartment building are new and modern.
