Damaged my mom's hair and mine. Then blamed it on Keratin Complex. Keratin Complex said their product doesn't cause damage and tried to reach her regarding re-education, but she refused. Owner promised a redo in writing, but didn't honor it. She was texting someone else's number for the appointment date/time, but will not take accountability for her mistake. She is now fighting Visa on the refund of our money. Next step is to take her to court. Buyer beware.
