Best hair salon. I moved to TN and was frantic to find a new hair dresser. God answered my prayers by helping me to find Marcie. I’ve been her customer now for two years and will remain one until she retires! Every cut I’ve seen her complete has been perfect! I highly recommend her services.
Damaged my mom's hair and mine. Then blamed it on Keratin Complex. Keratin Complex said their product doesn't cause damage and tried to reach her regarding re-education, but she refused. Owner promised a redo in writing, but didn't honor it. She was texting someone else's number for the appointment date/time, but will not take accountability for her mistake. She is now fighting Visa on the refund of our money. Next step is to take her to court. Buyer beware.
