Not happy with Management
The building manager and maintenance team are very efficient and quick to respond to any issues or concerns. Everyone is friendly and helpful. This has been one of the best places I’ve lived as a tenant.
Ive lived in this building for some time now and overall its been a solid place to call home. The building is maintained well and common areas are kept clean, any maintenance issues were handled in a reasonable amount of time. Management has been very supportive and easy to talk too, which i appreciate. Neighbours are respectful and the location is convenient for everyday needs like groceries, i would recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a clean quiet place to live.
I am renting one of the Studio apartments in the Uptown Building B and I absolutely love it. The greatest feeling is going home after a hard day's work at the hospital. I love that it is a brand new build with such great amenities. The gym, garden beds, rooftop patio, your own deck with tons of space (and the best view for sunrise/sunset), high end appliances and the list goes on!!
