Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. I would give them thumbs up and anyone looking for a dentist. I would highly recommend.
This dental office is wonderful and I gladly drive 3 hours to get here. The employees are fantastic am I never want to go anywhere else.
Staff is attentive friendly and professional
Love this practice.... feel like family. They are always on time, address any issues, and recommend/treat you with the latest dental technology. The admin staff fully understands insurance and assists with any concerns. They always know what you will owe when u come in for your appt. and can explain that to you.
great staff, fast, no long waiting in office
I've had 3 visits at Uptown Premier over the last few weeks for multiple work I needed. All of the visits went well and everyone was extremally patient and kind. However, the one person that stuck out more than anyone was Calli, the receptionist at the front desk. She is extremely kind and good with people. After having a crown put on, I was experiencing some pain and called after hours. She answered the phone and put me in for an emergency appointment. During my second visit I had a deep cleaning. Heather the dental hygienist, you could tell was an absolute pro. Not only was she efficient and good at her job, but she kept me calm and explained what she was doing as she was doing it. I really appreciated her care and patience.
I cannot say enough good things about the people that work here. I have a fear of dentistry and hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time. I was very honest while making my appointment and I was extremely nervous before and during my first visit. During my consultation Dr. Lindsay took the time to explain everything to me, she broke everything down in stages that were manageable and didn't seem so overwhelming. She was kind and treated me like a person.
Very skilled & friendly staff. Both dentists do quality work & don't take long to get you in & out satisfied. I have been a patient for years & continue to return for the quality service.
