I’m in my second year here at uptown place and love it. The apartments are unique and spacious. Anne in the office is always a pleasure to see when I have any questions or just need to pick up a package. I was having an issue with my car in the garage and mait came out and even fixed my AC for me. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Location is great being downtown but on the “edge” where it’s still quiet and you can feel 100% safe to walk outside at night too.
I really enjoy living at Uptown Place Condominium. Anytime something comes up, it’s taken care of quickly and with good follow-up, which makes me feel at ease. I also have to say the cleaning lady does an amazing job—she keeps the common areas spotless and always looking nice. It really makes a difference and adds to the great atmosphere here.

DO NOT RENT HERE. They do not let you break your lease early! Like a normal apartment they would let you pay a 2 month penalty. That is not the case! HORRIBLE!!!
The new office staff have been vastly improved comparing to previous building management. Anne has been doing an amazing job. The team is more responsive and doing a lot of preventative measures to ensure the safety and comfort of people living in the building. Please keep up the good work.
