Recommendedwe were in desperate need of a compound medicine for our daughter who has been so sick for almost a week. On a Sunday when they are suppose to be closed they opened up and made the medicine for us. If that is not amazing customer service, I don't know what is. To give up your day off to help others is what makes them amazing! They can count us as customers for life whenever we are in need. I would recommend them 100% to anyone I know! Thank you for being so amazing!

Uptown is an invaluable resource to the Jackson area and surrounding communities they serve. Continued excellent service to Madison County - even during the Covid-19 pandemic! Kudos to the entire staff for such excellent service! I myself am a pharmacist of over 30 years, though not practicing anymore. I recognize awesome service when I see it in my hat’s off to the folks here!
I forgot to refill my 7month olds Prevacid on a Friday and Uptown went out of their way to accommodate me get me the prescription so my infant didn’t have to go without his medicine. Was it life or death...no... but was it greatly appreciated and SUPER HELPFUL... YES! I am so thankful to Uptown pharmacy for their willingness to help a customer.
