I am a RN went to see a pt I was told to go through the office. I arrived today and office was locked and I was unsure of how to get in building and man who worked there stated the office was closed. I asked how to get into building and he said doors at top or bottom of stairs. Was very rude stating I should have looked and how dumb was I for not knowing how to get into building. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been here since 2021 after I moved back from Oklahoma. I previously lived here for two and a half years and it was a great place. Nothing has changed. Maintenance is five stars. Anytime I had an issue they are there to fix it promptly, even on the weekends and evenings. Security is great too! They have security cameras that monitor everywhere and also on-site security overnight that patrols on foot. Monthly pest control keeps my studio bug free! Staff is excellent! I am pleasantly pleased with the staff and the management. Always courteous and fix things in a timely fashion. I just called about my refrigerator today, and when I came home it was replaced. Thank you Richard, Seth and to the rest of the staff. I appreciate all the hard work you do to keep us safe as well.
I’ve been living at Uptown Park Apartments for almost 5 years now and when I started, Richard was assistant manager, and when the manager retired Richard took over as the head manager which was a few years ago. Since then this apartment complex has improved 100% and I owe that to the oversight of Richard as our manager now.
