We used to be patient of Kler Dental on the very same location, and left after Rachel left because for some reason they were taking weeks to respond, if they did at all. However recently we've noticed that they've changed the name and I maybe also the ownership so we booked with them again. All three of my kids went to Uptown Orthodontics for their braces, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Dr. Chekay and her team were kind, professional, and great at their jobs. Gail, the office manager, was always quick to respond, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Uptown Orthodontics.
We had three children and one adult go through orthodontic treatment with Uptown Orthodontics in Oakville. It was a great experience all around - friendly staff, knowledgeable personnel, reasonable fees and just a very pleasant experience. Dr Chekay takes the time to explain the options - including what is necessary vs. what might be cosmetic.
