The shakes are a great. When ever I need a pick me up I stop by to see the great folks at uptown nutrition. Always leave with a smile on my face and yummy nutrition in my hand.

Great atmosphere and alyson is very helpful, knowledgeable and does a great job getting you excited to get healthy!
Nutrify is one of my favorite places. You can come in sweaty, icky, with a dog in tow and they'll invite you (and the pooch) in with a smile and feed you delicious shakes. Hard to beat it!
