Kaitlyn Smith always does an amazing job
I’ve been going to Kaitlyn Smith for a years now and she always does a great job! She is the sweetest
not impressed at all. not clean. smelled horrible. Ruined my nails with the drill. I should've protested harder against it. if you have natural nails this is not the place to go. If you have fake nails, I can't attest to that.
Amazing experience at this nail salon! My nail tech Ella was so welcoming and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. She also gave thoughtful, educated suggestions that made my nails even better than I imagined. The attention to detail and care truly shows. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back—highly recommend Ella!
No one was at the service counter when I came in. I stood there for quite a few minutes before someone working asked if I had an appointment. Even if I had an appointment there was no sign in area. I was inquiring about the process there. I think it was unnecessary and rude.
