I came in for my nails and eyebrows. My nails turned out nice and they eventually did my eyebrows, but the overall experience wasn’t it. When I walked in, I asked for my brows to be done, but after finishing my nails, they told me no one was available and I’d have to wait which should’ve been communicated upfront. On top of that, the energy was off and I noticed other customers were offered wine, but I wasn’t. For the price and the vibe, it just wasn’t worth it. I won’t be returning.

I have been having my nails done by Kai since the early 1990's(!), at their former location on Highway 31 and now at Uptown Nail Spa. Kai, Kim and their family moved to Atlanta for awhile, but as soon as they returned I went back to them. I have SNS French manicure and I believe the same or acrylic put on toenails. I try to make appointments and have had to wait a few minutes sometimes but that doesn't bother me at all. Kai does the BEST manicure/pedicure - period! He is very skilled. I got an acrylic french tip ombre set from Kai and a pedicure with gel polish from Mimi. 10/10. I have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend them! (I may have spelled their names wrong)
