Went the day after Christmas to get my nails done and before new years my toe gel nail polish was already peeling off. Went back in to fix them and they refused to fix the 3 toe that the gel polish was peeling off and told me I had to come back another day and pay for them. Mine you I’m 9 months pregnant which doesn’t matter but they consistently had me bending over to show them what was wrong when you can clearly see where the polish has lifted and peeled. Once again, Tara at Uptown Nails hit it out of the park! She is talented and always creates a nail set that exceeds expectations. As for the salon, Uptown Nails is sanitary & everyone is friendly and kind. They make you feel at home! Thank you Tara for creating a gorgeous work of art.
Over the place is nice and customer service when walking in is nice however to continue to go back several times because my Gel acrylic nails were peeling is ridiculous I got my nails done February 15th the gel started peeling on the 24th of February I feel as the nail tech Tai was rushing the curing process under the UV light I went to this same place the previous month and one of my nail peeled again I get my nails done often and this rarely happens
