Very nice experience.
Took my son to the this walk in clinic after we an appointment mix up at a sister clinic where he had been diagnosed with walking pneumonia (which he has a history of) and given antibiotics which hadn't helped. The doctor at this clinic suggested he was faking his 24/7 cough to get out of going to school and said maybe he should take some tums because maybe he has acid reflux and dismissed us. I went with concerns of bladder infection 10 days before hip surgery. I emphasized the fact that I can’t have surgery if I have one. Dr chaow told me she would call me one or 2 days prior to surgery to let me know the results of the cultured urine. I received a call 5 days post surgery apologizing for the fact that YES I have an infection and she didn’t get time to read my reports.
It's a pleasure to meet Dr. Xiao. I made an appointment and didn't wait long when I arrived at the store. Dr. Xiao listened to our description patiently and quickly made an appointment for several examinations, which was different from the previous experience of seeing a doctor. You can ask a few questions without interrupting the patient. Speak clearly. It's a very good experience. Thank you, Dr. Xiao.
