I got an infection after moxy laser. Had to go to urgent care. Thank you for your reply, but your response contains several false statements. I did not use any products that were not recommended by your office, nor did I do anything outside of the instructions provided. I have full documentation and screenshots of our messages that clearly support this. When I reached out immediately after the treatment to report the burn, I did not hear back until the next day.
