I have shopped here many times before but when I bought a large bench yesterday it would not fit into my car. I was told to contact their delivery person, who never answered the phone all afternoon yesterday. The voice mailbox was also filled. So I had to rent a UHaul van. When we arrived to pick up the bench, then I was told there was no help to take it out of the store until 1 pm today. No one had told me that before. Love their two stores! The selection is large, diverse, and always pleasing. Even my husband enjoys coming here!
