If I could give NO stars, I would. I moved one month early due to WORK, was never late on my rent, remodeled the whole house, & never asked for repayment/concession/anything! I left a VERY important framed flag when I moved (it was late and I was EXHAUSTED!) I requested for them to mail it and I would pay shipping. They never sent it. I only heard ‘we owe you nothing’.
