Uptown Maitland Senior Apartments, in Florida. There is a reason why they don't have social media connection. For anyone looking to renting at this place think twice. I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone considering senior housing. I applied almost 1year ego for 1 room apartment, I was pre approved(?) and deposit $ 350.00 to be hold on placed an a waiting list. since that day I have never ear from nobody. In the last 2 months I have made several calls, send more than 3 emails and nobody from this company respond, sees to me that they do not care, they take advantage of the seniors.
