Loved the ease in purchasing my new vehicle. While I came in with a model in mind, the Ford Escape. I saw the Bronco, while the Bronco on the floor lacked upgrades. There was one on the lot that worked for me. Both Mark P and Todd assisted me in making my decision. Having certain needs in a vehicle was important. Both Mark and Todd went with it with ease. It was Todd's first day, he did great easy to work with. It is our third purchase as a family for new vehicles in 18 months. We will be back, Valorie Schleicher
