Had the pleasure to stay at this residency for the past 18 months before having to move for my job change. The apartment amenities, cleanliness, maintenance attentiveness is the best I've ever experienced. 0 pest issue, frequent residents social event, quick response time. Shout out to Glenys for being such an excellent leasing manager. She cares a lot about the property and her residents. I would 1000% recommend this property.

I love living here. We have great facilities and the staff is pleasant, helpful and attentive. They throw wonderful events for us throughout the year. The pool party was a great time. Everyone enjoyed themselves and spoke highly about the event. I'd love to see more of those in the future.

Elegant and modern apartments with posh amenities at a very affordable price point. The community is great with excellent staff and managers. The neighbors are friendly and respectful the environment is clean. Many fun things on the property including pickleball courts and a great pool space. Pool table and business center, and delicious, fresh brewed coffee available. Very safe, and all in College hill! I would definitely live here again if I was back in Wichita. I was generous w the stars bc it’s a beautiful building but that’s it. My wife and I walked in, wandered around the entire main building looking for someone to talk to about moving in, and no one could be found. A resident finally walked by so I asked her if she worked here, she went into some back room where she apparently knew to find who I assume is the manager. We worked with Ethan on getting into an apartment. He has been phenomenal! Always quick to respond, answers questions thoroughly, and VERY helpful. In my opinion, this place is stunning. We had been looking at other places and most cost about the same but not with nearly as many or as nice of amenities or finishes. Some things are still being worked on, but just with what is completed so far, it feels like a little resort. I am super excited to get moved into Uptown Landing. Nothing else that we looked at even compared.
