I lived there for a year while on an assignment from work. We loved living in this apartment! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to apartment issues or concerns and was always willing to step in with various pop ups. Would highly recommend living in Uptown if you want an elevated Wichita experience!

I was a resident here for almost 2 years and had a very positive experience overall. The rooms have a beautiful layout and modern appliances, the maintenance crew is top notch (literally the BEST) and the location of these apartments couldn't be better. You have coffee shops around the corner, great food and a little shopping center down the road as well as a grocery store across the street. I have been living here for last 3 years, and it probably is one the best managed properties. Its clean at all times, the neighbors are great, no loud music or disturbance ever, surrounding are secure, no safety incidents for the most part. There have been several repairs that were done on time. I once had my central AC not working, and I got a inunit replacement within the next 30 mins of calling in that my ac wasnt working.
