Still do not receive the access key after moving in one month. Have to wait until leasing office open to go to the gym/pool. Has been asking the leasing office staff, got nothing, but fake promises. Should I ask visit leasing office every day to get an update about when can we get the access key? Please help 🙏
This was by far one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. I spoke with a representative named Terry, and while I rarely leave negative reviews, I felt it was important to share so others are aware. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and provided inaccurate information while speaking in a condescending manner. The office staff at uptown was nothing but hands down. I came in on the Saturday before Memorial Day, and Danielle got me the keys that day so I could move in during the holiday weekend. Terri in the office has been a big help too! If you ever need anything. They get on it quick and make sure you’re happy. Very nice place!!!
Not good. Instead of dealing with an AC system with efficiency issues I am now without, left instead with a wall jack based standalone unit that doesn't come close to keeping my place cool despite running almost constantly.
Uptown is a beautiful community ! The front office was extremely helpful and helped me with every step . I had complicated circumstances and every single person helped ! The grounds , pools, clubhouses , gym are perfect. Every day there are maintenance crews out working - new paint , cleaning the outside of each building , mowing the lawn ! Highly recommend living here ☺️
