Just ok. They opted to spend the money on the counter tops and appliances and not on things like properly working electric and plumbing. Lights would constantly stop working. I had a whole loop of outlets that I couldn't plug anything more than a nightlight into without it blowing the whole thing. It's very much the "we made it look nice so we could charge you more money" set up. I met with Emma for a tour and loved it! She was so kind and answered all my questions. The place looks great and seems very well kept. Although I decided to not live here, it is definitely on my radar for the future!
I truly enjoy coming home to uptown after a long day of work or a short stay out of town. The community is quiet and secure. The community offers, great amenities with several pools, barbecue area, local market, and close to freeways And businesses.
