Community is very quiet and well maintained too much pot smoking in the buildings
I had a great experience with the leasing office, and I want to give special thanks to Allana who helped me throughout my move-in process. She was kind, professional, and very responsive, making everything feel smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure every step was handled efficiently. I truly appreciated her and the leasing team support and positive attitude, which made a big difference during my move. Highly recommend!
I have been living here for about 6 months, and I have nothing but positive things to say. The property is well kept, and peaceful. I did not have any issues with the move-in process, and I was able to get my keys earlier than expected on move-in day. Maintenance has been quick to respond to service requests (often within a few hours), and all staff members that I have interacted with have been pleasant and professional. Overall, I am very happy living here and I would recommend this property to anyone.
My smoke detector was chirping. I tried to change the battery but I couldn’t put the new battery in. This was at around 8pm. I was reluctant to call the after hours service because I knew it wasn’t an emergency. But it would have been chirping all night. I called emergency maintenance and Curtis came with no problem. To find out the unit itself was bad. Thank you Curtis!
