This lady has no knowledge about the type of hair and texture. All she knows is to chop-off the length. My hair is curly and I used to always keep it long as shorter cut tends to make it poofy. But this salon lady just went ahead and cut the length she liked , although I asked her to reduce by only one inch. She chopped off 6-7 inches of my hair and now I look like a raccoon. Avoid at all cost!! The hairdresser chopped off my pretty layers from long length to medium length. Apparently she decides what is long and what is too much of hair!! Irrespective of what I told her, how much I want to cut and how much long I like... Very unprofessional and will insist on doing whatever she wants rather than what we actually want. First she chops off my locks and then says, "honey, it is pretty long"... I went nuts but couldn't do anything.. it was all gone :( To the top of all these, she says hair will grow... read more

Went here as a "can you fix my color?" visit. The owner was wonderful! She was able to get the color pretty without it turning green. She also noticed that the previous person had cut it unevenly. I came out of there looking a million dollars! Thank you, thank you.

have been going here for year's, even followed the owner from her old location! she's the only one I trust with my hair, my mom and brother have gone to her also! she uses great products and knows the latest trends for hair and styling. I get my eyebrows done here too. highly recommended

Awful, awful, awful, awful, awful. Did I mention awful? Because it's awful. Unless you're 60 or over, don't go to this salon. The salon owner is a snide woman with no customer service skills. She spent most of my time in the chair insulting my hair because it was too thick (you'd think that someone in the haircutting business would've come across thick hair before--mine's not even that thick!) and she didn't like the color (sor..ry?).
