Nice job ruining a group outing tonight with poor service, a crappy band (w/cover charge) and bozo security. Won't be hosting any get togethers, events or even lunch at your establishment again. Nice job.
We had an awesome meal starting with delicious onion rings, the best I have ever eaten. Our filet mignons arrived hot and cooked as ordered as well as our side dishes . Our server was excellent. This is a place we will frequently visit from now on.
Went for a funeral luncheon, first time visit for me. Food was fantastic, especially the iced coffee. Our server was Matt, he is one of the best waiters I have ever had. If you go there make sure you request him. It will definitely be one of your best dining experiences
OMG...first impressions are everything. We decided to try this place out and we're in LOVE! Awesome atmosphere, great service and the food was delicious!!!!! You will definitely see us again...great job Uptown Grille!!!
I would give it a good rating.....the food was fantastic!! However the service was lacking. We were seated, had reviewed the lengthy menu quite completely and had not been greeted or offered water. Just when my daughter had gone up to the hostess, to check on getting served, we were approached by a server. Once this happened, everything was smooth from there on out. Disappointed. Drove over an hour to see band tonight and never played one song request that was asked....very disappointed in Phoenix Thorey
Will not be going back...we had a party of 14 for dinner. We had issues with reservations, and when my daughter got there early, was told one of the options was seating in the patio area, but didn't inform that anyone getting there after 7 would have to pay a cover charge, even though we were there for dinner, not the band. We were seated at 7:40, waitress didn't take our order until 8:30, and then we were informed that the kids needed to be out by 9:00. Went after a few years of not going there because of service and portion sizes, my wife ordered the chicken parm and it came out raw. The manager took it away and waited another 25 minutes for another meal. No apology or offer to comp a drink or meal. Guess we won't be going back there.
Just love it for its casualness fine beers on tap people bar menu and always great service.
