The customer service at this clinic is extremely poor. I had an appointment scheduled for 11 a.m. on Saturday and responded to their message as required. I arrived at the clinic on time, but when I called, they claimed they hadn't received any message from me. According to their Google listing, they were supposed to be open at that time, but I was informed that they had already left (before 11!!!!!). They didn't offer any another time, even they didn't offer to come back!!! Zero is too much for them
This is the best of place. Lorie is very professional and helpful. The staffs are also friendly and always make sure that I feel comfortable. Excellent
Lorie is absolutely amazing! My laser has helped me so much and I don’t grow hair in my armpits anymore. The space js clean, inviting and she makes me feel so comfortable and safe. 10/10 recommend her as I now do my legs, Brazilian and armpits with her.
