Camden parkside Everything here is great the apartment comes with all kitchen appliances including refrigerator, oven, range, microwave, and dishwasher. We have central air which is great! Spacious living area and rooms not to mention the amazing walk in closet, other tenants are nice and the location is gorgeous! Parking isn't the best but we always manage to find a spot. I love living here! It's close to everything the mall, markets, restaurants, and more! Perfect for our first apartment

Camden Parkside The one bedroom apartment is so spacious. We have two walk in closets, plus two more hall closets. We have so much storage space it's amazing. The community is quiet and family friendly. It's close to Downtown and across the street from a gorgeous park. Also just up the street from the college. Great place for college students.

Camden Parkside Probably the WORST management company out there. Management team does not really care about the concerns or finances. They will try and charge you for ANY and EVERYTHING.
Camden parkside Management is great. They are pretty reliable about concerns.
Nice people, bad first experience So this is my first apartment for my husband and I on our own, when I saw the community(on various occasions) I was sold, the apartments they showed us as models were great I fell in love, close to the freeway, close to the shopping centers, the staff was super nice, answered all my questions. Great Location, Clean, Small Apartment with Parking Issues This is a new unit that is well sealed so no outside bugs come to visit us. However, we do have friendly neighbors that we invite over and I feel safe here. We also have a puppy who keeps us company. The apartment allows any size dog as long as it is not on their extensive breed restriction list. This is the only apartment complex that has as easy of access to the large park across the street. Great Location, Clean, Small Apartment with Parking Issues The apartment itself is one of the newer units. It is clean, and nicely sealed so we do not have problems with bugs coming inside. The application process is very simple. The issue is that there is not enough parking. The apartment complex tows their own tenants' cars regularly. The manager has stated in letters addressing the whole complex that they are trying to deal with this issue. My husband and I have lived here for a year and the issue has not been resolved. Home is where you make it!! Location, Location, Location!! I've lived here at Camden Parkside for a year now, My fiance and I moved in with my 5yr old son, and i was excepting boy #2, looking for a spot to live and feel safe was at the top of the piorty list.
