The Uptown Ford experience has been nothing but exceptional. I’m always treated with respect when purchasing and/or leasing a vehicle from them. They will find whatever you are looking for and in your price range. I never felt cheated or disappointed anytime I’m there for any service. John and his crew are truly amazing. Well done!! There is a kid driving around Milwaukee/Waukesha in a Bronco with dealer plates from this place. He's texting and driving recklessly. Highly unprofessional for a company to allow their employee to take their merchandise, break the law, and put other people in danger. Do they do this with other peoples cars that they service and test drive? I wouldn't trust them with my car or my business.
Beware! After Uptown serviced my truck, I found a razor blade left on the passenger front seat and the driver front floor was soaked. Concerned about electrical damage, I called Uptown and requested electrical on driver front be checked out. Uptown refused my request. I reported the incident to DATCP. Uptown denied any wrong doing. I wonder what else they’ve lied to me about for the past 5 years.
That were fast. Completely transparent, a great team!
