Great mechanics terrible service team. They seem to hate their jobs. I worked with hope and when I went to pick up my car some other guy helped me, told me to sit down to make me wait 30 minutes just to get my keys. After waiting for 30 minutes I went to the service area and they were just using their phones and doing nothing. Hope did not even acknowledge me when she saw me amd the other white gentlemen ignored me.
Accidentally posted this review on uptown Lincoln instead of uptown ford :)! But , we purchased a new vehicle over the weekend in early July. Dave was in constant communication with us from start to finish Dave was very knowledgeable in all the questions that we had and even provided us with exceptional service by letting us see any & all vehicles on the lot while walking back and forth comparing in the hot sun.
