I have an ECOSPORT SE 2020 that I bought brand new. Approximately, a week ago my vehicle would not start so I had it towed to Uptown. After during a diagnostic test on my vehicle, I was told I needed a brand new engine. Of course I panic because I didn't have the money for a new engine and I was upset because it only had 45,000 miles on it. Mechanic seemed to not like to be questioned. His answers were condescending and unintelligent. How can I make an informed decision without any information? Quite frankly, he could not explain any details of the symptoms of my transmission issue based off the $150 “diagnosis”. Seemed like an arrogant moron to me. Also, When entering the shop, none of the workers will even acknowledge you, just sit there talking to each other and have an attitude when they finally do. Spend your time and $$ some where else.
