Very disappointed the funeral spray never arrived at funeral home How embarrassing to order something and it never arrived. Will never use them again

Can't review if the flowers were nice because the owner missed his delivery window by 4 hours. When I couldn't receive the delivery due to my job and having the order cancelled entirely, he was unbelievably rude over the phone and refused to listen to why I could no longer . He then cussed me out on the phone, hung up on me, and refused to answer the phone again to resolve the issue or give me his business information.
