The representative (Eber) was honest. Period. Sensing someone’s sincerity is HUGE to me, and I immediately got that vibe with him. Not only that, he drove across town simply to show me some samples and attempt to earn my business. His pricing was highly competitive (not the ABSOLUTE lowest, but that speaks to the quality of his products and his knowledge on the subject).
