The office management staff were discourteous and unwelcoming throughout my interaction. Their behavior demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect toward guests. Significant changes in management and customer service standards are necessary. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property to others.
(For legal reasons this is all allegedly). This is a rotting corpse of a gaslighting manipulating management, the trick is to have you sign lease, then they have you live next to horrible people that they do nothing about, so you break it then they do the same to the next people. There are better places for less money.

Two words: STAY AWAY. I’m only writing this because I unfortunately currently live here. This place is an absolute nightmare. Management changes constantly - I’m not exaggerating when I say it feels like every other week there’s “new management,” which explains why nothing ever gets done. Good luck getting a response. Emails, calls, requests? Ignored for weeks.
