Love this apartment!! Staff have parties, great amenities, and always answer me for any questions or concerns I have which is very important to me.
Jaie is spot on with her review. She did work and live here. Uptown Apartments are poorly managed by Sync Residential. There have been 4 property managers in the last 15 months. Right now there is only one leasing agent (who started a few months ago) with no authority to do anything and running the whole place. Maintenance is not given the budget to be able to fix things as they break, so things stay broken a long time. I couldn't be more disappointed in not just past management but also the corporate office. I lived at Uptown for 2.5 years and during that time there were several issues. 1) The elevator in the Tower would go out at least one a month "I hope that issue has been addressed". With sometimes taking a couple of days to be repaired. I loved on the 5th floor.
