I lived here for 3 years. Many great memories, great neighbors, and I overall loved it. My complaint is about the communication. It was always a beating to get in touched with maintenance, and to get them to come fix an issue. It was also a beating to get in touch with anyone from the office. Many rumors went around about the office/manager/maintenance crew constantly quitting, which I believe because the office crew was constantly changing. Great apartments with responsive and professional maitenance in the case that something does go wrong. Zero complaints about this place or it's management.
The living experience itself was pleasant in my nearly 3 years there. I'm giving it 1 star for its predatory leasing policies. For any prospective tenants, just beware of punitive fees. I had to leave a month early and was given mixed messages for how to minimize early termination fees. Ultimately, I left it to management to handle it in good faith.
