RecommendedDr McCann was very attentive and listened very well to my concerns. Very professional and amazing doctor. The staff was all very polite and helpful as well. Love my new glasses and style Lindsay helped me picked out. One thing I would love to see in the office is if everyone could wear red every Friday to support our troops. My son recently joined the Marines and this is to just help and guide them to their way home and let them know we are thinking and praying for them.
Great staff, very welcoming atmosphere. I 100% recomend you come down to this optical, the individual care and the attention to detail and the large variety of brands takes the stress out of finding the right pair for you. Also if you need help make sure to ask for Lindsay she’s my fave!!!!!!!
They have patience and a sincere interest in your well being. And also very accommodating with scheduling....
While vacationing, my husband’s frames were broken and he took them to UpTown Eyecare where the staff fixed them right away for no charge. Excellent staff, excellent service. We definitely recommend!!
We recently came to Uptown after the eye care center near our home closed for renovations. But we will not be returning to the center closer to home because the service at Uptown was amazing! The doctor was super nice and explained everything thoroughly. She answered all our questions and directed us appropriately. The staff was courteous and patient as we picked out our glasses and guided us in the different upgrades available for them. Will be coming back in a year!
My experience at uptown eye care was nothing short of excellent. Each member of the staff is professional from the reception area to seeing the doctor and the optometrist who helped me pick out my frames! It was a seamless and enjoyable experience. I had my exam, picked out my frames, and to my surprise and delight they gave me my new glasses in 10min! I was shocked! I have never had such fantastic service with my eye care! I will never go anywhere else! �����
March 1st was my first visit to Uptown Eyecare. They were professional and very helpful. Lindsay helped me pick out my glasses and was very nice and understanding and willing to help me get what I wanted. Doctor Morales was very nice and explained everything perfectly. Very thorough. I appreciate everything and have already recommended people to go. This will be my permanent eyecare establishment.
