The last appointment I will ever have here! I used to see Dr. Anita Ing, who was amazing. The last two doctors I saw were so rude, dismissive, unprofessional and just plain horrible. One was at Vaughan site and the other at Keene & Steeles. Usually, I don’t mind a wait.. but this was over 3 hours.. and then the doctor.. well, she just went missing! AVOID at ALL COST!!!! This clinic is like an assembly line and it has total disregard for your time. Went in for a post-surgery followup appointment which lasted less than 2 min with the doctor, but I ended up spending 3 hours waiting . I truly feel sorry for all the taxpaying Ontario citizens who had no choice but to put up with this type of terrible service due to lack of supply of doctors. This type of clinic would not have survived in USA due to competition from many other offices
