Colleague did a poor job on my root canal and knew it. The staff was dismissive and unwilling to help find a reasonable solution for the matter. Would not recommend.
Ok, first let’s say that getting a root canal is not my favorite. But, let me tell you, if I need one I will go back to Uptown Endodonics and see Dr Germain. She and her staff delivered a pain-free, professional and friendly experience. She has a pristine office with the latest equipment and a trained staff. I’m very happy that my dentist sent me there and I recommend this office without reservation.
I felt welcome as soon as I walked into the clinic. I like that I did not have to wait long to see the doctor.Liz is nice and.I like that Dr.Arch explain to me what was causing soreness and infection in the root of my tooth they are nice and very professional.
I was referred here by a dentist , I was never informed that the cap was not included I got 3 root canals done so instead of being out of $4500 I also had to lose 3 teeth because I couldn’t afford to pay another $4500 to have the treated teeth capped off. I was informed by the assistant cap would come in a 2 week timeframe that was obviously a lie as I called 2 weeks later and was informed capping was not a part of the process. Would not recommend
