If I could go lower I would. Goes on weird power trips.
Terrible management. I’ve heard nothing but bad things about this place due there poor management who doesn’t care to come to flint but to commute to work. Sad they have great buildings and such corrupt people controlling it.
Horrible management company. Uptown claims that they are reinvesting into Flint when tenants of First Street lofts, the very Flintstones themselves, are neglected and treated like garbage. Kristy never returns calls or if she does it takes weeks at a time. Maintenance never addresses any tenant requests; it takes multiple requests(months at a time) to get them to survey the issue.
