My experience with Uptown Dermatology has been excellent they're very kind and friendly understanding and dermatologist that I see has been nothing but very patient sweet and nice she takes her time to understand her patients and to explain everything clearly and helps you understand it when I used to do my photo therapy the technician there would do it she is very nice and kind over all the staff are kind nice and very friendly I guess from all the other experiences it has changed and grew better

My appt was at 2:30 I arrived at 2:38pm. The front desk said the doctor left bc she didn't think you were coming, you should have called. Well I confirmed the appt, I feel the office should have called. It's standard practice to give the patient 15 minutes before deciding to cancel an appt. I had to reschedule. It was a waste of time and taxi fare. Very unprofessional. Normally they are fast and the office is clean
Worst healthcare experience ever at uptown dermatology. Will definitely not go back.
Do not got to this clinic. I've been going here for about 6 months and still no one can tell me why I'm having so much problems with my skin. Also the receptionist service sucks too. I'm glad they don't take my insurance any more, plus I found a better doctor elsewhere. I feel better and don't have any more problems with my skin, no thanks to that place.
