Susie C. Kwok is an amazing D.D.S and her staff is welcoming and caring. Since I started going to her I have never been more comfortable in getting dental work done by such an amazing team.
If you’ve been referred to this clinic from the VA or Community Care, FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. Do yourself & your oral hygiene a favor… do not go here for care. Not only is this office haphazardly managed & operates behind schedule without notice to the patient, the clinic’s exam rooms are cramped & unclean. The hygienist’s hair fell in my face during the procedure. The hygienist dropped an instrument & didn’t change the plastic covering until I asked. Dr. Kwok’s crown procedure has become infected. Do. Not. Go. Here.

I have been visiting Dr Kwok for probably 15 years. She is very nice, great at her work, and the staff is excellent, efficient, and friendly. The pricing is affordable during times I have or have not had insurance, all pricing is discussed upfront before any work is done which is unlike all the surprise bills I would get from previous dentists.
