I was a long-time patient of Dr. Thomas and always considered him a competent dentist. Unfortunately, a recent visit exposed an issue with billing and insurance that resulted in unexpected out-of-pocket charges. While I wasn’t thrilled, I remained polite and tried to work toward a fair resolution, acknowledging that the miscommunication was shared. My appointment was scheduled for far out, but I would say that's a testament to how popular Dr. Thomas is. The office appears to be still up and coming, but the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was late as I iboitted the wrong address, but Dr. Thomas was patient and kind enough to wait for me to get there, much later than the scheduled time. He walked me through everything he was doing, including explaining the results to me. I am certainly pleased so far with the quality service, and look forward to receiving the ... read more
