They recommended I have a deep cleaning/scaling at a cost to me of $200. When I told them I could not afford it at this time they refused to do a regular cleaning which my insurance would have paid for.

They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
