Great place for good food accompanied by good beer.
The Scottish ale is so smooth & well blended and went very well with the pretzels & mustard. This was one of the best pastrami sandwiches I have ever had. The meat had just enough fat to make it moist & the rye bread was an outstanding accompaniment. Oh, almost forgot about the Cole slaw that will make me change the way I make that dish.

The food here is amazing. One of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, the bartender / manager is incredibly rude. This is the second time we have been treated poorly at Uptown Deli, and sadly, we won't be back. If you enjoy paying someone to treat you like crap, this is your spot.
