I would give it zero stars but that option isn't available so I'm giving it one because I chose one of their arrangements, but the one I received was not like the one I chose. In any case, that wasn't my main grievance; what really upset me was that the dedication—since this was a delivery—was written on a torn scrap of cardboard. Not a reliable business. I placed an order last night very late through their website. I received a confirmation email and all. I called at 9:48am to get the estimated delivery time and I was asked if I had received an email. I said no, and while on the call I checked again (spam/junk and all). I could hear them on a bizarre back and forth (that I could understand as I speak Spanish), and had to provide the recipient’s address a couple of times. My person was having a lousy day so I thought flowers would help brighten the day up. Daniela’s is in the neighborhood, has reasonable prices, multiple size options and a good variety. Followed up with me a few times regarding the base and confirming billing info. Delivery was a breeze and it made my person happy. Will absolutely order flowers with them again and if I’m ever in the area would stop by. 5/5 thanks again!!
