My husband ordered flowers online to be delivered to me at work. Although he received some sort of confirmation, there seemed to be an issue processing the credit card. The billing address was the the same as shipping, which was probably the problem. Always a great selection and the staff is the kindest you will ever meet.
I would give it zero stars but that option isn't available so I'm giving it one because I chose one of their arrangements, but the one I received was not like the one I chose. In any case, that wasn't my main grievance; what really upset me was that the dedication—since this was a delivery—was written on a torn scrap of cardboard. Their customer service is terrible, and the person who answers the phone is extremely rude. I will never go back.
