Can’t imagine a more complicated process. Twice, bought flower online through Daniela’s and my CC didn’t work. Tried to fix the issue over the phone, unsuccessful. Was told via phone and emails multiple different stories on how to fix the problem. Way too much work for what should be a simple flower delivery.
