I lived at Uptown Court Apartments for one year, and I would not recommend that anyone live there. Return of security deposit. A landlord is required to return the security deposit within in 30 days. It has been over 30 days and I have not received my security deposit. If the landlord is not able to return the deposit in 30 days they may take an additional 30 days but are required to provide an itemized list of deductions. I have not received an itemized list. UPDATE! To my friends at this joke of a place their leasing office decided to send an email out at 5:20pm tonight to let people know cars with out updated tags WILL BE TOWED! Which is funny because when you resign a lease they don’t update your tags! So beware tonight! My friend that lives at this joke of a place is in the process of getting a lawyer together! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Or you will be living in filth, water, mold and have to deal with horrible leasing agents!
